Sales Manager (IT)

Formamind is a software company that specializes in creating software solutions. We deliver projects in artificial intelligence, web application development, CRM systems, and MVPs for startups, both on-demand and our own products. We operate in EU markets, USA, and potentially the Gulf region. We're looking for someone who will sell our services and products to B2B clients and has experience in IT sales.

Salary Range

Commission from signed contracts

We're looking for someone who:

  • Fluent in English and preferably Polish (knowledge of other languages such as German would be an additional asset)
  • Experience in IT sales
  • Independence and responsibility
  • Creativity, openness to challenges, and hard work

What you'll be doing:

  • Acquiring and contacting potential clients (B2B, IT services, SaaS solutions sales)
  • Selling company services (artificial intelligence, web application development, CRM, MVP)
  • Selling company's own products
  • Leading negotiations and correspondence with clients
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Creating sales plans
  • Direct collaboration with company founders
