The client

WTM Group

WTM Group manages residential property in Poland and across Europe - apartments and short-stay buildings owned by others, as well as their own portfolio. They run real operations in several cities and needed a website that speaks to two audiences at once: owners looking for a manager they can trust, and buyers interested in their modular houses.

The challenge

A site the team can actually run

WTM did not need a brochure that ages the day it ships. They needed a site they could keep current themselves - new properties, new articles, new house models - in three languages, without calling a developer each time. And since every visitor who reaches out is a possible contract, no enquiry could be allowed to sit unseen in an inbox.

Our approach

A CMS behind a fast face

We split the build cleanly: a Nuxt frontend for speed and polish, and a Wagtail content management system behind a Django Ninja API for everything editable. The team writes a project, a house model, or an article once, and the API serves it to the site in Polish, English, or Russian. Server-side rendering keeps every page quick to load and properly indexed by search engines.

Modular houses, on request

A catalogue without a checkout

Alongside the managed portfolio, WTM sells modular houses - safari, capsule, and container models. We built this as a catalogue that behaves like e-commerce but ends in a conversation rather than a cart: each model appears in an editorial, magazine-style layout that shows only the specifications that matter, with a clear "request a price estimate" in place of a buy button. The team adds and categorises models from the CMS as the line-up grows.

A bot on the team's side

No enquiry left behind

Because a missed message is a missed deal, every contact form and price request fires an instant Telegram notification to the team - including which property or house model it concerns. The same bot answers basic commands, so staff can stay on top of incoming interest straight from their phones instead of watching an inbox. It is a small, deliberate touch that changes how fast the business can respond.

In conclusion

Owned, not outsourced

WTM Group ended up with a site that is genuinely theirs to run: multilingual, editable, fast, and wired to react the moment someone shows interest. It presents their work with the seriousness it deserves and turns a quiet website into a working channel for new business.
